The rotator cuff, also called the rotating sleeve, is a group of tendon complexes wrapped around the humeral head. The anterior aspect of the humeral head is the subscapularis tendon, the supraspinatus tendon is on the top, and the infraorbital tendon and the small round tendon are on the back. It causes the shoulder joint to spin, spin and lift, but more importantly, these tendons stabilize the humeral head on the shoulder blade and play an extremely important role in maintaining the stability of the shoulder joint and shoulder movement.
